You can experiment and see but from my experience it's about 2-3 months to get back to "full strength."

My game just updated and 1.03.04 and now getting PBEM mismatch error. Does server need to be updated?

OK - I didn't notice that as an option.

In my latest game I can now build 3 AA and 3 Arty in China. Was this changed last patch? I also noticed that sometimes build options are shown as possible but when you click on that item (like extra SF in India) the buy button greys out.
