Add Formation tab in managements section

I very much like tabs in management view. Especially useful is the blueprint tab for defining new units.
What I'm missing it there is the tab that shows formations, what leads to what and what is required to research to be able to discover creatin formations.
Something like few snaps that Dturtle ...

Transport hub and airport?
I didn't know they count as QoL.
But until it become city you could not build anything from governments tab.

Getting qol 1 assets it tricky as you need workers for this and until they are in motion your colonist consistently leave city, so it is significant investment.

Anyway, thanks guys, at least now I'm assured there is no magic solution for this problem.

I could not find any good tip on how to best expand into "empty space" - territories conquered from non aligned where there are no cities.
I'm in the game where my east border is facing huge area controlled by non aligned tribes. I can push them this is no issue and I can build roads with track ...

Thanks for clarifying this Soar_Slitherine.
I finished game with beta patch v and I was getting FPs every time so I was not sure what is wrong in new game.
But now I realized that due to already big population in my empire even cities with 100k are not crossing threshold of 20% so I'm not getting ...

I have experienced same as Arralen explained.
It feels like cheat to manage so early to vassalize minor.
I even wonder if you as player can make it so early (to get relation high, to get stratageme and to pass the roll...).

Air HQ Stratagems?

I have not seen any specific stratagem to air units and Air HQ.
Am I just unlucky or they don't exist (yet)?
In this situation is there any other posture cart that can benefit to air units?

Thanks jlbhung, your proposal works.
but as you already pointed, there is "historical" disconnect.
some events are ok as they are linked to year and date while some are linked to turn.
It is all as in previous one but still very much different.
Also AI is now behaving differently.
Still better then ...

Well here is how I would do it.

Some degree of scenario scripts must be instantiated when a game is created and recorded in the save.

I would use a HEX editor to find the Sudden Death predicate. How? Not totally sure, but:

* Start by comparing an initial save for each scenario type.

Hi Fraggo5, thank you for the tip.
I just tried it and it doesn't work.
I believe this about victory checks is hard coded in save, so it doesn't help in what folder it is.
my only hope is to somehow postpone this Finland surrender event but reducing number of troops on that theatre box.

I started with early end scenario instead of no early end, hoping it will be more tense game as you have to fight (I have picked SU side). By the way this was game vs AI that I started 2 years ago. with many pauses finally I reached turn 120 and game is over as I have more than 620 (or was it 600 ...

Zovs, snapshots posted at the beginning of this thread are super clear.
Even using your fonts (you attached on second page) I'm getting different result.
Any chance you can share with us what you have used.
Compared to vanilla your font style is super clear, not sure is it just about fonts or some ...

We see that both sides historically made adjustments to their org structure based on situation.
I believe if restriction would be lifted for both sides in game, it will not affect balance.
But making of new fronts (outside of Historic additions to OOB) should be paid option (50 AP let say).

Soviet Fronts

Playing GC, early 43 (feb) and I just lost Don Front.
Somehow I missed this or I'm even not sure it was listed in reinforcements/disbands page.
Now I have gap of 80 CP to absorb with other Fronts which it painful.
But then I have seen that another front will disappear soon (around turn 90 ...

Wiedrock man thanks for effort to put this in the topic.
It is all fine with mech brigades but what I'm struggling is to make the same with mot. brigades.
In editor they appear as multi role units but in my game (GC 1941) I have no button to convert them.
I'm playing with last beta so is this WAD ...

but this filter clearly shows mot and mech brigades are not multi role units. At least in my game (late 42).
so how you guys add mot. brigade as SU to tank corp?

5 one thing to watch, multi role units (rifle, mech and mot brigades mainly) appear on map and need to be flipped to a support role by stacking with Stavka (assuming you want them to beef up your key combat corps), beyond that, as the Soviets vs the AI, the auto routines work well enough
