[QOL request] Add ability to reorder units in group Formation Editor

Not a bug so I'm not attaching a save game but I can if requested.

Simply looking for the ability to change the order of the units listed in the Formation Editor (F4). I want to take advantage of the new formation shapes tool (e.g. Line, Column, Wedge, etc...) but that mechanic sets the waypoints ...

<t> Oh yeah, I forgot about the DB update. I was indeed on v480, and also experienced those errors you mentioned trying to upgrade. I guess the scenario owner needs to update it properly...but even so I would still consider it a bug that CMO crashes without warning or error when it encounters a DB ...

Actually, I don't think the exception log includes the fatal problem that actually killed the game. There are a lot of errors contained in the log but they all seem to happen prior to the crash.

I've been following the Beta release notes published since and haven't seen this listed. Will this issue be fixed in tomorrow's 1.03 release?

It's also possible that it was included in one of the changelogs and I just didn't see it.

Also, I agree with thewood1 that my proposed solution isn't perfect. I merely proposed it as a conversation-starter. thewood1 is correct that this mechanic cannot be truly perfected without a more advanced solution.
