With the recently released DLC, I came back to the game to play it. I noticed that in the available Strategic Guides for the new scenarios, Decision Events aren't listed, which was the practice in previous releases. Is there any readily available file listing all relevant DE in newly added ...

As there are still a few days before the start, I've got just a couple of questions to make matters completely clear:
1) Does the 1st round begin with the 1939 campaign?
2) Will any of the commonly agreed upon house rules (like the ELO ruleset) be applied?

What can be also added is that your submarines must have supply to actually raid the convoys. You can resupply by visiting friendly ports.
