700 Turn Long Campaign. Balkan AF: just found a small snag. Some of the squadriglia have no aircraft attached. At least 3 units seem to be affected. Will their aircraft arrive in the next few days?

The Tempest V did not carry bombs or rockets until after WWII. It was a fighter.

I was thinking of the Planning Phase: when you hit the "Move Air Units" button, you just see a sea of blue. Differentiating aerodromes at that stage would be of assistance, as the SE of England is a bit crowded...

It would really help if the outlines (or middles?) of the airfield icons could be colour coded. E.G. Bomber Command, 8th AAF, 9th AAF, 2 Group, 12th AAF etc. etc all in different colours.

Would really help when moving units about.

Does attacking the U-Boat pens in the Mediterranean count?

Vimhawk, I believe the only large-scale users of the Baltimore were the RAF/Commonwealth forces. The US never adopted it.

In the latest version the Tempest MkV is only available as an FB.

However, no Tempests carried RPs or bombs until after the war, armament being restricted to the 20mm Hispano.

Is there any way this a/c can be restored to its correct role?

I've played about a dozen Turns with this new update now: all good so far!

I'm now at 27th December 1943, and have played a few Turns with the new version.

i. Auto-Planning - Bomber Command seems to have no units attached.
ii. Boomerang Bombers still active
iii. Night Raids: when planning the next raid, increasing t/o time by one hour actually defaults to after 1.00am ...

The F Pool has 630 a/c, and the 303rd are the only occupants of RAF Molesworth.

Re your second paragraph - the system converted all my Mustang 1s/1As to Typhoons. Will my Typhoon squadrons be forcibly converted to Tempests later in the year?

I'm in December 1943, and some of my USAAF maintainers seem to have gone on strike... or are they hitting the fleshpots of Molesworth?
