I do think shuffling your cabinet around should be a bit less cumbersome and at the very least it'd be a nice QOL feature if it was more straight forward to do. It's one of those features that isn't make or break but would smooth things out a bit. I especially encounter this early in the game where ...

I note you did not mention temperature yet. The temperature is also a production modifier. The temperature for the hex is determined by geography and fluctuates seasonally. There can even be different ideal production bands for terran and xeno crops. If your location is in a good temperature ...

I have a planet where the report recommends domed farming. Terran agri toxicity is 0 and alien nutritional toxicity is 1. In terms of economy I do think the game could need a two tier type resource system. That is you mine basic resources out in space and then you produce key resources and special luxury resources on planets. I think that this process should be govern mostly by the private sector and planet ...

I love the ideas posted about alliances and liberation wars. In general, more diplomatic options would be nice. A lot of the time I find my only options are to sell some location data for credits.

I think I'd also enjoy an expansion of the private economy and tourism. I'm not sure what mechanics ...

This is part of a not so recent anymore change, where caslon deliveries to stations were supposedly creating too many orders for the transport system. Unfortunately this still remains in an unfinished state.

Unless your station is around a settled planet with a caslon pile it won't be using the ...

It entirely depends on the ship hull, its role and the type of weapons that you face.

All shields will leak to some extent and weapons such as rail guns can wreak havoc on ships will little to no armour on them.

But generally shields are more powerful than armour as long as you have the space ...
