I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game twice and the game will not work. I will get to the initial splash screen and launch, but after that a black screen appears and nothing happens. It used to work and I wanted to continue my campaign.

Sure. I need to vastly improve my allied play. I am working on the new Russian research and defense. My Russian defense is weaksauce.

Elvis, you should play Jackmck. He has a great allied strategy, especially for Russia. I need to use his strategy as my Russia attack versus him does not like it will be successful.

How many players max Intel? As the Japanese I go for max every game. Japan can't afford to be sneak attacked.

I have not tried a 1940 invasion of Russia while not declaring war on the Low Countries. Germany would need to hold the Allies off while taking on Russia. The question is, will Bulgaria, Rumania, and Hungary stay neutral? Will Yugoslavia not coup? Will Italy stay neutral?

<t> One enjoyable but gamey tactic is to have neutral countries spot for you. Italian fleets while neutral can uncover Allied ships so the Germans can avoid them. Subs were out with 3 dreadnought raiding the Russian convoys. Lost 2 dreadnought that way. The German navy was interdiction the Russian ports and now mostly in ports repairing trying to fend off the entire entente fleet. The Med look like the Austrians are soon to rule the waves.
