Number of VP depends on the area size chosen,small areas allow creation of 1-2 VP's only - time is a way too short.

<t> Is there any way to override a mission's time limit (dependable on the number of objectives, I know), but small selected areas allow only one-two objectives? It's not Command & Conquer after all... It's irritating as hell when mission ends in the middle of a fight.<br/>
