As far as I know its like this.
It represents the US industry gearing up for war, as it took some time for the industry to go from civilian goods to military production and since oil wells are like mines (just better) and contribute to mpps i reckon that was the easiest way of doing it.

If you split the Soviets with japan then i believe no, but if Germany takes all i think so if i remember right.

Always fun to watch a new AAR, and dont be intimidated by some of those guys in the other AARs, they are out of reach to most of us :) But I have managed to pick a few tricks here and there from them.

I am not a big name but I have had like 13-15 games so I would say with any luck medium level, played one of the really good players and did get smashed horribly :)
