Is the game going to be released in Steam ? If so, when ? Also if so, will there be a bundle where people who own the original Warplan get and extra discount in Pacific version ?

It seems like the AI does not use diplomacy to influence other countries. You can basicaly win the game by winning over all countries cause the AI does'nt influence anyone at all.
