Encircle enemies and completely defeat them. On a normal difficulty game, my overall troop morale was floating around 75 to 85 points and I was paying my soldiers the absolute bare minimum.

I rarely, if ever make cities of any kind. Usually I play on densely populated worlds, so there isn't much space to spare for colonies in the first place as far as things go.

Is there way to edit character generation in the game itself other than sprite modification? I'm trying to make a graphics mod, but the fact that males can be bald is really jacking up my attempts to finish it. I'm wondering if there's a config file somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
