Adding Leader gender ratio sliders.

Through an odd quirk, I ended up with a majority female leadership near the start of a new game. I decided to run with it and make an Amazonian themed playthrough. :Cue WonderWoman theme:

It's tough though, I'm not sure what the odds are for recruiting a new female leader. But it's low. Would it be possible to add a slider somewhere that let you control the Ratio of genders for leaders Vic?

As improbable as female-led post-apocalyptic communities would be, I wouldn't be totally offended by this either (naturally I would pick all but my military leaders from among my post-apocalyptic harem). Also if the developers find the time to implement this and don't feel they would be attacked by horde of self-righteous substitute-sufferers, I wouldn't mind having the multi-ethnic leader palette replaced by mixed-ethnicity ("halfblood") leader palette or single ethnicity leader palette, as it would be highly improbable that isolated community's population wouldn't become homogenized withing hundred years (five generations) or more. Thus palette of leaders similar to post-globalization New York population sits slightly unwell for the immersion.

Still this would probably be among the least urgent features on my books.

These kinds of Leader Genereation Systems already suffer from severe limits of possible combinations. I already get duplicates with the existing settings all the time.

If you cut out the chance for female or male leaders, that would litereally half the options. With cutting Skin Colors it is getting even worse.
And that is before we come to the whole thing about this becomming a potential PR nightmare.

And the argument of "homogenisation" does not work. Not over 5 generations and without a selective pressure actually based on Skin Color (like we always had in africa).

Is there way to edit character generation in the game itself other than sprite modification? I'm trying to make a graphics mod, but the fact that males can be bald is really jacking up my attempts to finish it. I'm wondering if there's a config file somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.

I don't mind duplicate faces in generation and do not really care about how 'realistic' it would be. I just thought it was a neat aspect to the game for head-canon / RP purposes.

Giving the player more options in my opinion is (almost) always a good thing, and if it can be done by simply adding a slider that modifies some percentage value some where in character generation then that would be perfect.

Since Vic has stated that he's against people modding his game because of bug-chasing issues, I can only hope he will consider adding some features modders would've added themselves, if given that chance.
