[1.10.07 steam] "AI playing" after end turn forever

Hi,

After ending my turn in a multiplayer game, the game gets stuck in AI playing despite there being no AI entities in the game anymore. It does not crash the game but the game effectively is not able to do anything. We are all running 1.10.07 and have had a successful round after the FEB 16 patch ...
