[1.10.07 steam] "AI playing" after end turn forever

Hi,

After ending my turn in a multiplayer game, the game gets stuck in AI playing despite there being no AI entities in the game anymore. It does not crash the game but the game effectively is not able to do anything. We are all running 1.10.07 and have had a successful round after the FEB 16 patch. I have tried the following:

- verify integrity in Steam
- ask for another save file (other player redid his turn)
- fresh reinstall of the game
- let the end turn screen go on for a few hours

I have attached the autosave and a picture of what happens

Confirmed a glitch in the supply system calculations that caused this bug.
Will be fixing this for the next open beta patch.
