I am not getting any events/main story triggering.

I found out how to manually colonize! Wasn't hard. Just had to make an attempt.

Colony ships not colonizing, just sit there. Not loading and I can't seem to find a way to manually make them colonize.

No crash dump file was generated when CTD'd.

This is massively unfortunate.

Just wiped out some ghost pirates, too.

What is the maximum penalty relation for 'huge strength and power' on a smaller empire vs larger empire?
Is it still -35 and just grows over time?
In my playthrough it is impossible to get trade relations because of this penalty.

The other one in my log is DW2_CrashDump 10-03-2022 14-50-28.txt and is the first one I ever had.

My game is constantly crashing after about 30 minutes of playing (3x already) and every time I check the /data/logs there are no crash reports.
What could be causing this?

I think he's referring to ambient sounds like with the trees and frogs around the lakes and bridges.

I submitted a crash report yesterday, prior to the new update.
Well, it crashed again and I checked the log file but there was no report in the log file, just the same report that is timestamped yesterday 3/10.
