The next rankings will come out around September 1. Remember to post any results here.

Regarding the recent issue, TH11 will be starting again from scratch and all his prior games will be scratched from the rankings. Players may see some small changes as a result of this.

New ELO game started:

Firsteds (Axis) v Umeu (Allies). Usual rules. Let's go!

If there are Allied amphibs near Italy it can trigger the spawning of a couple of weak Italian units. Usually a garrison and an AA unit. If the Axis have already built two Italian AA units then the total will be three. I think this is the most likely explanation. Could be wrong.

This game resulted in a stalemate, all fully covered in my AAR. For those who are unaware, there is a conflict between the victory conditions in the strategy guide & the game scripts. By gentleman's agreement the result is as stated.

Interesting game. Axis reached Perm at the end of 43 or maybe the beginning of 44. Game began with Sealion (again!) but did not produce the normal results. Spain stayed neutral and Turkey leaned towards the Allies. Britain stayed strong in ME ...

Interesting historical note - the Soviets were preparing an uprising in Yugo to counter the Axis but the British organised their uprising first.
