I am referencing the current bug report from KentKroeckel. Reviewing the phase sequence leads me to think the axis logistics is processed on my local cpu before saving to the game server. Is this correct?

I've played Grigsbys WitW for 4 years now. Mostly against AI, but a few humans. I recently purchased WitE2 and feels like a duck-to-water for me. I'm ready for a human game.
I really like big campaigns and have the time for almost daily attention to a game.
