Beta 1.2.9.3 multiple CTD

Hi distanters

So far all three new games started with beta 1.2.9.3 have CTD; the first shortly after encountering the ghost fleet, the second while attempting to explore a ruin (planet Terra), the last before even encountering the ghost fleet.

Mid game. I realize that most of my 23 CTSs, all in "Fully Automated" doing nothing when instead I have approximately 80 mining stations queued... wait some days... wait 1 month...wait 6 months... nothing happens. I try to put one of them in "Auto-Build Mining Station" et voilà, immediatly the CTS ...

Hello!

Usually when war is going good for me, AI empire suggests to end the war and gives a bunch of stuff (techs, coordinates of ruins etc). But how to demand same stuff manually? Does it depend from language tech?


You can do it with the usual "Negotiate a deal" menu, under Diplomacy section ...

...I confirm, in my case the ship is a transport, in some cases it is not really possible to select another object (ship or planet) with a click but only with shift ...

We will be working to improve pathfinding in the future, both in terms of its choices and performance. It is overly focused on pathing through systems right now.

Meanwhile, continuing the game (now mid-late game) I noticed that pathfinding goes crazy ...

I think one of the worst things in DW2 is the automatic pathfinding. But now it seems that even by tracing a route manually most of the time it is not possible to obtain acceptable results: in the screenshot the third fleet must reach the region "west" of Titus and reach Almas: the automatic tracing ...

In the last two betas the "unload colonist" command is no longer available...if this is intentional, I personally consider it a mistake

Yes, file is attached. Paths in Move Hasty are worse than in Deliberate.

Deployment phase scenario 1, "Big Red One" campaign: simply look at this insane path :shock: :
Same behaviour with other APC recon sections or MBT platoons; SP section or HQ seems not affected...

DW2 1.0.8.9, crash on save

With v.1.0.8.9 after 40/50 year in game, when I try to save, the game crash. I can reload previous saved files but if I try after a while to save, the game crash again. This happen only whit steam beta 1.0.8.9. No problems with the last official (Matrix) release.
Anyone whit same problem ...

Simple question: among all the explored planets is there a way to filter out those of a certain type? How can you know how many / which volcanic or gas giant planets have been explored?

Double click on Escort ship just created, few seconds standby cursor and game CDT with no error message. No crash log in \data\Logs

From SessionLog.txt the game Getting Display Mode for 1920x1080 @60Hz (but 3070 Ti and monitor G-Sync can reach 240 MHz)
