I started a couple intermediate level casual games. Play either as Axis or Allies, password is "casualgame". Please no experts, as I am not one.

I am intrigued by this MOD and am considering playing a game against the AI. How is the AI in this game, is it good enough to play against at this point or does it need more refining? is it more of challenge to play against Axis or Allies AI? and what should be the settings for an experienced player?

Would like an update on this as well

I can beat the AI on veteran as the axis. Cant win on expert due to the 2.0 exp bonuses (which i dont care for)

the only issue I have with the AI bonuses are the 2 exp level for the expert difficulty. this is just not a fun way to balance the game play. i would much rather have the AI get more units then units I cannot kill.

I've got no problem with the autosave, in fact I am very happy with it. No longer do I feel like I need to constant save myself so I do not lose progress due to internet connection issues, etc...and it's a great anti cheat mechanism. Kudos to the devs for implementing it.

Thanks for the new patch! Does this patch include the adjustments you were mentioning earlier for saving during the game periodically during MP games?

I've been watching this thread closely but no recent updates regarding the new Beta patch. Any updates on when this may be released?

I've been waiting to hear a response on this, glad it's coming soon. I would prefer it to save more often that 5 times in 40 minutes, but progress is progress. thanks for the update.

Testing the beta in solo mode (was going to maybe help bug check?). I found that I cannot put German units in Italy territories after Italy has mobilized and joined the war. Is this working as intended or a bug?

Update: It does appear to be a game bug. They are working on a fix.

It's interesting you posted this. In our current game my italian forces in north africa were wiped and I made the foolish decision to send Rommel there and try to retake what was clearly lost which was a catastrophe for me. I lost the entire africa corp including Rommel quickly and decisively. I am ...

I joined your game. I have a few games of experience with the axis with no wins. I have not played an allies PBEM game yet so if this is your first axis PBEM game then this should be a good matchup.
