[FIXED] Lua “World GetLocation()” function returns error (Build 1273.1)

It seems that “World GetLocation()” function returns error for some locations which have convergence zone.

Try each of following code at attached scenario: if works properly, it returns location details for unit's position.
Note that location of Sub #4 and #5 have convergence zone.

Torpedo won’t launch with “XX % maximum range” WRA setting (Build 1265.1)

In this attached scenario two Blue subs (North Carolina and Hawaii) will soon get contact of Red sub and engage.

Difference is that “Patrol ASW #NC (50% max)” mission has “50% of max (10nm)” automatic fire WRA setting for Mk48 torpedo against sub contacts, while “Patrol ASW #Hawaii (10nm)” has ...

It may worth to note that radar detect BM with better range when Tico is located further from launching point (I'm not sure Devs intended this).

*Tico 400nm and 1200nm have ESM contact, and range is greatly overestimated (actual range is about 10nm).
