it's like in 2 out of 3 games in starting system you have abandoned starship. and 1of3 - abandoned ship.
if it's a bug, how come noone ever encountered it? even some "pro" from this thread?

the thing is you cannot do anything to it. only repair. salvage for research would be nice alternative ...

[As for the 0 resources for steel and webnar, when I opened your saved, paused, there were already some in the space port. Not much, but not 0. Most likely, it's that you have to allow some time for the private sector freighters to cary some from the mining station to the space port.

As for your space port not working, what do you mean exactly by "if doesn't work"? What makes you say that it doesn't work? Maybe it would help also if you could post a saved game.



ofc it works. all repaired and green. but in resource shortages there is saying "mined here" on steel and membar ...

At least one racial start got a repairable spaceport.
Pick the "Repair" option in the event and it should instantly repair to full.

like game on pause, i'm alt-tabbed doing my stuff like reading telegram and then suddenly distantworlds2.exe stopped working.
any workaround?

so i started like third time and once again i got abandoned spaceport in my home system.

and again after rebuild it doesnt work - cant get Steel and Membar on it, saying "mined here", aha, without any mining equipment.

please help, i dont get it.
