the attachment shows only the F''s already in RTB mode, can you add the scenario at time of start of the sim?

Latest win11 installed.
The game loads scen but scen does not start, it's not an issue of processor capacity.
processor is 24% and memory 60%

Here is one of my recent saves. It does load but the clock never starts.

I still have an issue with settings (?) of the TG BERGEN in this scenario. Although it is armed with sea sparrow, it fails to launch at a passing group of adversaries.
Everything is switched on, but no missile flies out

It is indeed complex stuff.

I went into the editor and simply moved the sub in front of the surface vessels. Now it did launch, so probably it does work as coded.

i could not find data that points to a specific max launch speed.
Even though it seems wire-guided it swims quit fast: Maximum speed 50 knots (93 km/h)

sure but "movement random in area" belongs to the patrol pattern, surely not the attack path ??

If the sub moves too fast, probably the launch conditions are never met. But it should not move so fast nor go on a weird attack path. Nor should the targets disappear.
This would imply incorrect ...

actually it does not.
I observed the sub behavior in the attached file and it seems highly illogical to me.

The targets are well within range and are noisy surface vessels. However, the sub loses their position track and does not fire.
Is it due to the ROE settings for the mission / unit or ...

it is this scenario.
i think the "ignore plotted course when attacking = NO ' tricked me.
That made the sub keep on course and face away from it's targets thus blocking launch of the weapon.

i noticed that although the red units are well within range, the sub does not launch any weapon. Have allowed "ïgnore mission when attacking" but even then nothing happens. All other settings are untouched.
The only way i got the sub to launch is by manually pointing it in the right direction ...
