So I learned recently that you can manually place Spaceports and Research stations in specific spots around your colony worlds, but can you tell your constructor where to build things on planets you don't own? I haven't been able to get it to work for whatever reason.

What are the levels of the stockpile for a planet limited by? What's the 'cap' on each resource dependent on? Pop?

If I set the Colony Stockpile Automation to Manual but leave its Spaceport on Automation, which takes precedence? Does it go to Manual or Auto?
