1328.3a runs very smooth compared to .3 for me. RAM usage sits at around 1.6gb.

Had the same happen to me as well on latest beta. I was browsing around the map with sentinel layer , bathymetry ,base and borders+coastlines then the error occurred i pressed ok, the map went white with red X and when i tried to load the scenario again pc froze and started bleeping. The ops planner is set in TR side . I can see it's changing the flags like 'triggered' etc but the missions do not execute in order. They execute right away .
Also disabling terrain effects makes contacts appear . I don't know if it works as intended .

1.Ops Planner not working or missions do not follow ops planner .
2.Sensors do not pick up contacts . (there might be exception for elint sensors as the ship gets detected by it's radars)

did you try different keys? maybe they changed the mount to mount_dbid or ...

Also since we are at it... is there a way to drop ammo from a delivery mission directly on the magazine of the units that need it instead of creating a forward supply point and then right clicking the unit and press re-arm? If not will there be a lua function in unit wrapper for re-arming / re ...

This causes the M1 t not be able to reload even if m256 apfsds is empty . I lost a couple of hours to figure out what i m doing wrong xd

I cannot debug this from the user side . There is no visible clue as to why the ships don't fire . All i can see is that the ships get a targeting vector that says 'auto-pr' the first one fills the ...

I have no idea about air combat but in some videos i ve seen from sidewinder he looks to get as close as he can even if he is in range of the missile . He only shoots from far away for defense (make the enemy plane turn ). So my opinion is this missile behavior is much more realistic .

When using double flame the time for the mark as satisfied time trigger bugs out. There can be like 1 day in-game time for 6 hours in that trigger .

I would also check if CPU is seated correctly . Sometimes 1 pin can cause memory , drive or pci-e issues without your system crashing . Have u done benchmarks? ( it's a longshot and because it is a laptop it's hard i know but if everything else fails you could check that too)
