It's one of the most unrealistic aspect of this game and i agree that it should be limited.

In MP you also get some players doing the turn several times looking for the empty port to invade.

I would probably just inhibit the possibility to do amphibious landing after cruise, not sure if it is ...

Personally i think weather in Russia is now more realistic (in reality from September to April in russia mud/ice/raining/snow was the only options). I also like the lack of de-entrechment during snow....this maybe also will force players to use artillery more.

I am playing PBEM and China just surrendered to Axis or at least assume so as Japan took Lanchow (i am allies).

Somehow all China went back to allies land together with ton of MPP, screwing Japan in the process.

Great game mate, looking to face you again but need first to improve my game i think. Your med invasion in '42 totally took me by surprise.

This only got changed in the last patch-we already knew what happens (air is completely grounded for an entire 1-4 week turn). The issue is that some of the air stats don't get reduced by the elements (most notably morale, de-entrenchment and strat).

Balance in this game is tricky.

Personally i think that forbidding air power on bad weather would greatly help russians as well as the germans later when facing DDay. I would just do this change and see what happens.
