Does weather affects supply distribution?

weather effects(snow, muddy, frozen terrain etc) does affects the supply distribution ? if yes how? i was not able to find anything under the weather and supply rules in manual.

Players build field artillery because there are tight build limits on heavy artillery (max 7 for Entente and 6 for CP). And the de-entrenchment effects are the same which is the most important effect of artillery. The extra action point is also helpful in theatres with rough terrain and dispersed ...

When reading the section on transport asset sharing in the manual, you will have impression that units containing trucks or horses within a formation will provide the maximum supply boost to units in their formation.

Generally, the combat is done in phases which get reduced in range and each range new weapons start shooting (since each weapon has logically its minimum range).

The game uses an, I'd call it 2-layered system of CV and Combat.
