I have to agree and second this! These are great ideas and would be fantastic additions to the game especially with independents becoming empires over time. It would be great to be able to vassalize them. Right now as it stands, they sometimes become full empires right in the middle of my territory ...

I'm curious also. It's been silent for so long. What happened with the Ackdarian update and the Shadows DLC? I will purchase the moment it's released. I'm happy that they are putting in this much time to playtest and make sure that the content works properly. There hasn't even been any beta updates ...

Whatever happened to trade sanctions? Or refusing to trade luxury resources?

I think this is a great idea for a future content addition. After all the factions have been released, it would be great to go back and add a few more stories for each race.

Thank you, whatever the issue was, has been resolved with the newest beta patch. Everything runs smoothly, I have not experienced any crashes and the game launches just fine.

Hello, I just wanted to make the devs aware that I am unable to launch the game with the new Beta patch installed. If I go back to the anniversary update the game works fine. For some reason, the game will not launch when I use GogGalaxy.

Manual control is pretty good. Especially once you get the hang of fleet management.

I think this will be a great game once it has been expanded a little more.

So are you saying the issue is caused by hanger bays for fighters and not enough docking bays?

Leave hangers for defense stations rather than beefing up the spaceport? The spaceport should be for civilian use only.

I agree, the random event does add variety and immersion. Sometimes the random events work in your favor and sometimes they don't.

It's a lost colony, it could be anywhere in the galaxy. That's the beauty of the game, you never know what you're going to get.

The game has vastly improved since first released. These updates are excellent and the fact that the Devs listen to feedback and incorporate suggestions makes this a true collaboration between the fanbase and the development team.

The Pirate faction is one of my most requested DLC. I've been looking forward to it since DW2 was first released. Having dynamic pirates and enhanced espionage mechanics will be an excellent addition to the game.
