Rookie posting mistake <durf>. So WIS DB_1.1 is set to "Viewer" on the google drive. If not familiar with how to create your own copy you just need to:
Go to File > make a copy and you'll have your own useable version.

I really wanted into the DB for WIS so I could pre-plan my first several turns and get a grip on what kind of forces I have access to. I lack the ability to "hack" anything so using OCR capabilities via different tools ...
