In the control panel in Windows: Programs>Programs and Features>Uninstall a Program. It's listed as Microsoft Edge Webview2 Runtime and then I redownloaded the latest at the time from Microsoft. I have version 128.0.2739.54 now (I had quite an old version I think) so it might be worth trying, but ...

I'm not sure if I had this issue, or just something similar, but I needed to uninstall webview2 and redownload. I think it had something to do with W10 and disabling automatic windows updates. I now have the same version as you and have no issues so can't speak to the new problem

Nothing is rendered in the DB viewer and Scenario viewer windows. Empty windows. The globe is drawn normally.
