I think just having a accessible "scenarios" folder would be by far the simplest way

Do you mean ship-to-ship missiles? These have to be unlocked through technology research and should generally be available in the later stages of the game, starting 50s to 60s. Are you seeing otherwise? Do you have saves that show this?

Currently floatplanes cannot be launched manually which is kinda annoying tbh

The button is still in the game and they are also still in the manual. So will they ever return or are they gone for good?

Couple suggestions for the game (hope the devs read this)

1. Auto designer but only for graphics: Very simple, it's the auto designer but just for grahics so you basically design your ship, hit a button and then the game generates appropriate graphics for you
2. Better visuals while in combat: only ...
