Fix manual floatplane launches please

Rule the Waves III is a simulation of naval ship design and construction, fleet management and naval warfare from 1890 to 1970. and will place you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' of a navy from the time when steam and iron dominated warship design up to the missile age.

Currently floatplanes cannot be launched manually which is kinda annoying tbh

Please upload your save by going to your Save folder here: "\My Games\Rule the Waves 3" zipping up the correct save folder and posting it here.

.7z works best as a save option because the compression level is a lot higher and I think the forum software doesn't like large files (at least this was the case in the past).
