I’m always interested in hypothetical scenarios and even though an Axis takeover of the Middle East has been explored before, I don’t think it has been done in the detail that you provide. Nice job.

Updates:
I got both sides PO programmed
The British now has troops in Ar Ramadi as it was historically
The VPs in Bagadad is now scattered across the whole city's urban area
The mobile ability is decreased to make it more playable
The rail repair ability each turn is now 15

yep I hadn't assigned no vitory points but this shounldn't be a big problem, I'm trying to give this one a playable PO while setting the VPs up, thanks
