Just bought game from steam.

I tend to be very protective of my troops. I pulled off a 3 company attack due to taking heave casualties(couldn't break the mine barrier. Lost a platoon of engineers). I did break through elsewhere, but I saved a TON of casualties be not going on that flank.

Wow, haven't been around the Steel Panthers community in a year or two. But this is good news!

Hey Bing, there is an active miniature gaming segment in southern Michigan. It is a bit go a pain to drive to them, but it is worth it IMHO. You might be able to pick up the rules at a convention.

Actualy it is one of the easiest games to learn. Trust me on this! It is as hard as you want it to be. Wild Bill's scenarios are not for the faint of heart, but playing against the AI is a good way to learn the system.
