I think... I also had the crazy popup appear when I filled in the beta form... I tried to sign into it ... rejected.. so I just canceled and filled it out and submitted ... Hopefully it went through....

I searched the forums but could not find this particular answer.

Is there a way to have an aircraft at scenario start at a particular altitude... currently when I 'add unit' to the scenario my aircraft are starting in flight at 36000 ft ASL

Version 1 of the beta crashed about 6 times during game play, until I got fed up with it and stepped down to the old stable version.

This version has not crashed at all, after 4 hours game play. Nice work on squashing those bugs!
