[RESOLVED] Can not add Reference Points

Something is broken or I am once again screwing things up....


I can no longer add reference points to the map to create new patrol zone missions. I tried two approaches drop down menu select add ref point and the keyboard shortcuit crt-ins either nothing happens when I click on the map.... restarted the client loaded several scenarios.. and a new scenario... anyone else experience this problem... I have never seen it before and can not fix it

Are visible ref points turned in game options?
