Does APCR refer to the tungsten rounds that were used by the Germans ?

I've solved the problem with molotovs by changeing the weapon sound with the OOB editor from 603 to 0, only it now sounds like a flame thrower. Hope this helps.

I've also encountered the same problem with molotovs, (i'm running windows 95).
