How many time we must wait for language patch for version 4.1/4.2?

Language patch files for SPWAW 4.0 work in 4.1 and 4.2 or we must wait a new version of them?

Version 4.3?
And where is this patch?

Sorry, but my patch do not solve your problem.
I've download the game from a mirror(?) site and that version is corrupt: during installation the setup program show a CRC error on a file (1008.wav)
I did a patch to correct this and restore the integrity of the exe file.

I made a patch to correct the exe file of SPWAW 4.0 complete that is on ftp.edome.net
If anyone is interested in, I can send it to him.
It is very small.

I found the problem with my DL. The Dl manager does not know the file size and then always restart from the begin.
Please, can anyone give me the exact byte size for the complete v4.0 exe?
