Back in '02 I updated all my MCLV text files to standardize the format, punctuation, grammar, spelling, transliteration, etc., so I guess I'll just fill in the missing files myself.

Contents of Russkaya Stal' folder should go directly into Campaigns folder, I think (as long as it doen't overlay an existing campaign suffix - I believe it's # 22), rather than in separate folder.
