7.1 download problem

Whenever I try to download the 7.1 upgrade I get to 21% complete and then the download stops. Is this what the message posted about FTP's was about or do I have a different problem I need to deal with? Any ideas guys? Thanks.

We all have our commanding officers you know.

Windows Compatibility

Can anyone tell me if SPWAW v7.0, MCLV, and the upcoming Combat Leader are compatible with the newest version of Windows. "XP" I believe.
I'm purchasing a new computer soon and I don't want anything that will inhibit my playing these games.
Thanks, Tracker
