Haven't received pre-ordered MC

<t>I pre-ordered the first mega-campaign in April, my check was cashed, and I still haven't received the disk. I've communicated with David Heath at the help desk and he has promised repeatedly to take care of it; the last time was Monday. Its now Friday and no game. Has anyone else had this problem ...

Be wary of pre-ordering a MC. I preordered in April, my check was cashed a week later and despite numerous promises by David Heath, I still haven't received my game.

<t>Its the gear!!! You get tired of Tigers taking out your Shermans before they are even in lethal range. Plus, I always loved to play Steel Panthers II Modern Battles and the Germans were at least 20-30 years ahead of their time in both the types of AVs they fielded and in the tactics in which ...

<t>My mom called me from Kansas (to Louisiana) to tell me that Gibson was playing Col. Moore. Why? When I was in grade school, along with the starting lineup of the N.O. Saints, I had all of the 1st Cav. lineup (battalion COs and up) on my bedroom wall. Hal Moore was one of my childhood heroes and I ...

I for one am exited about a German vs. Soviet campaign. That where most of the real tank battles were fought and I enjoy playing the Germans. In equipment and tactics they are most like modern armored warfare. How soon can we expect it out and please don't ask me to "PRE-ORDER"!!!

D-day museum

<t>Took the wife and kid to see the D-day museum in New Orleans today. It was founded by Prof. Stephen Ambrose of "Saving Private Ryan" fame. New Orleans was chosen as the site of the museum because its the home of the landing craft used in the invasion. If you're in the New Orleans area it is well ...

I have two things to say after seeing the new site:

1) WOW!!!
2) Please don't tell my wife!

I turned a bunch of my high school aged history students on to your games and now they are hooked. This is really great stuff. Thank you.

artillery sound effects

<t>Love the new version 5.01, great work guys. There is one thing that I miss. I remember that in the earlier versions of SP, the artillery strikes had sound. I recall that it was removed for those whose punier computers would lock up. Is there a file or patch that could be downloaded to put this ...
