<t>If it's only a question about replacing OOB files (OOB70 or whatever), wouldn't the best thing be to just set up some batch files to replace the OOBs with any custom config. Then you'd just need to have a \OOBs directory and name the files bulgaria2.3.OOB or something...<br/>
