Modern Warfare OOB

Post by Silberstein »

Hey there!

My first post. :)

Would there be any severe game-engine problems with simulating a modern day tank battle? (except for the fact that you'd have to make all of those units :)

If anybody know of any 'projects' currently developing a Modern OOB could please you give me an URL or something?

that's about it.

Welcome! There was an effort to make a modern version of SPWAW, but it was abandoned. A version of SP3 is being updated for modern warfare, though it will not be as radical an update as SPWAW.

:) Hi Max, welcome aboard. Thats right the Combat Leader game is going to be the modern game. It will come out in regional conflict areas. Like MacCready said, the first will be NATO-Warsaw Pact. The game size will also be huge, even at a new hex size of 25yds per hex.
