Game Crashes

[:@]Grrrr, my game crashes when I am giving orders to my units, I have tried to reinstall the game, with and without the last patch, it still crashes[&:][:@]

My computer:
Intel 2.2 GHz, 1024 MB RAM, GeForce 3 TI500, some 100GB free space on the harddrive.

2. You can pay for a CD, to bee sent to you, but you will bee able to play before it arrives.

Loading of troops

I am trying to load a infantery division at Kobe/Osaka but when I form up a transport fleet and try to load nothing turns up in the loading screen[&:]
It´s the 53 division the same problem is with the reserve tank regiment at the same location..
