How to change color of countries' unit counters?

<t> How can one change the color of a country's unit counters? I refer to the background color of a unit's counter, when using the NATO symbols option.<br/>

RE: Camps? Where are they?

ORIGINAL: jimwinsor

Unsatisfactory perhaps, but not necessarily ahistorical....this was not far from how they did it back then.

Maybe I was thinking from a more modern perspective. I can't argue against historicity.

<r> <QUOTE><s>[quote]</s>ORIGINAL: Jonathan Palfrey<br/>
Without camps, I suppose casualties are never replaced, veteran units gradually diminish to zero, and the only way to get new troops is to build new units. This seems unsatisfactory even in a basic game.

RE: Credits don't appear

This is also the case on my machine. If I wiggle the cursor over the edge of the Credits button, the words of the credits blink, up where they should be, but I can't get them to stay on the screen. So they are "there" in some fashion, just invisible, or concealed.

Victory songs seem switched

<t> I've seen one Union victory, and when the game-over victory splash screen came up, "Dixie" was playing in the background. Then, after a Confederate victory, I heard "The Star-spangled Banner." The songs seem to be reversed.<br/>

RE: Showing city garrisons on map

Maybe if one had forces within a province, the strengths of its garrisons would show. But if one had no forces in a province, fog of war would hide local enemy garrisons.
