You sem to have no idea of game mechanics. Just load GC41 into the editor and look at the various Tank/Mech divisions and what happens to them.
In WitE1 these divs were force-downgraded several months earlier but that was too early.

9 Guards Rifle Corps were formed from late 41 to 5/42. Several may originated from Guard Rifle divs created via merged Airborne Brigades. So its up to the player to get GRDs by being successful in combat to form GRCs.

buildable from 9/41, Tank divs persists until depleted/destroyed or their force downgrade at the end of 1/42.

Two Guards Rifle Corps are permitted from 9/41, more may be created in 1942 but plain Rifle Corps may only be built from 6/42.

Fw 190 had more internal fuel but fuel consumption was higher too. Endurance should be a bit above contemporary Bf 109, not below

They are intended to build fortifications at speed with limited amount of defensive power. either stack them with units or disband them once the desired fort level is reached

For now I made the 43 cav divs 135 support (5472 men) and the 43 Corps to 455 and 470 (Guards). The 44 Corps are reduced to 425 and 440.
Still a lot of support compared to 30k rifle Corps but likely caused by horse-related manpower.

That Airbone Brigade exploit should be closed by lowering the build limit to just 2 from 3/42 onwards.

Are they both at 100% equipment and at a similar level of manpower? Does the frontline unit have a mega-full supply stock like the one in Riga?

If the supply stock of the fronline unit is not full it may use less supply but may then not be able to recover ...

Without looking at my sources I do seem to remember the fuel injection system production was slow in raming-up production while keeping production quality at an acceptable level.

They may have had some prototypes at Kursk but the mass production was later as the were issues with the new engine and its production run-up.
The new type delay is active for everyone so also bites Axis units.

I would like to use the Recon Squad 41 for the recon part of these units but I doubt the current composition is right with so many SMGs.
