When I click on the download button, it takes me to the google page with a list of the scenario files. Nothing to download. Am I doing something wrong?

When I am playing a single player campaign, after turn ten or so, the game will hang with a "Waiting for all players to sync" message. I cannot recover from it, and the saved games end up corrupted or won't start...

How do I fix it?
