"Waiting for all Players to sync", single player....

When I am playing a single player campaign, after turn ten or so, the game will hang with a "Waiting for all players to sync" message. I cannot recover from it, and the saved games end up corrupted or won't start...

How do I fix it?

The upcoming 7.1 patch solves this proble. You can get a beta form Fabio's site.
