<t>I know the story.<br/>
<br/>
I'm in the IT business -- have used nothing but Intel since 92 -- but still couldn't be happier with my PowerBook.<br/>
<br/>
I'm more an adder (use Intel and PowerPC) than a switcher (exclusively Mac). While I need to maintain some work projects on BSD(x86) and Win2k ...

<t>Understood.<br/>

The problem is that when I use Connectix/WinMe the game will not start. I have renamed the video folder, used the icon that starts the game directly (not the game menu) -- still no go.<br/>

What happens is the game appears to try to start (it reads the HD, reads the ...

Mac/Connectix, UV, and your future games

<t>Hello all,<br/>
<br/>
First let me say how much fun I've had with Uncommon Valor, and I look forward to playing your future stratgegy games -- hopefully on my new 17'' PowerBook G4.<br/>
<br/>
I realize that your not into Mac's currently, but do you think you could at least make your sim's work ...

Corrupt graphics in windowed mode

Hello,

My desktop is ~1154x864 16-bit color. But when I run in windowed mode (1024x768 window), the game won't display the map. I just get colored hexes.

Has anyone else seen this? Is there a workaround other than playing full screen?

Thanks,
Chuck

Printing current battle map and asset lists

Hello,

Can we get the ability to print a current battle map, and list of assets?

Thanks,
Chuck

Re: Ripppp-offf !!!!

I understand why they didn't include a manual, but wish that we'd at least have an option of ordering it from Matrix.

Printing

<t>Hello,<br/>
<br/>
I hope that we'll be able to print a current battle map showing all known locations of friendly and enemy forces.<br/>
<br/>
Also, it would be nice if we could use something like Crystal Report writer (or even Access) to be able to create our own battle reports.<br/>
<br/>
This ...

<r>I thought about the screen shots idea too.<br/>
<br/>
Really though, the map is only part of the equation. The other things (inventory, battle report, etc.) would make screen shots too tedious (at least for my tastes).<br/>
<br/>
My goal would be to make my changes, and print my reports, in under ...

<r>That's a good idea! But if possible, I'd still like to print a battle map. (I'm lazy <E>;-)</E>).<br/>
<br/>
However, I don't want to focus on just the battle map, hopefully they're open to a wide range of reporting options. The game is very deep, I can think of several reports you'd need.<br ...

Ah, that's right. I just don't know how those pins will stay when I'm taking it to work (for planning @ lunch -- of course ;-)).

What about the other reports, is it feasible? I realize that it's probably not a high priority.

Yes, there is. But it won't have current known locations of the enemy in the game.

Printable reports?

<r>Hello! You have created an OUTSTANDING GAME!!!<br/>
<br/>
There are a couple of things I'd like to be able to do (or if we can already, if someone can show me how --- that would be great):<br/>
<br/>
1. Print daily battle reports.<br/>
2. Print the game map -- with current know locations of the ...
