I don't know when Kaakao has his next weekend leave but I thought I'd tell you that I will be away for the next two weeks. Hopefully I can play my turn then

Lost a flamingo + inf and destroyed two T-34s and some infantry. No progress worth mentioning.

Pinned down and getting killed. Lost a few mech units and some infantry, advanced a hex here and there.

Lost two halftracks and killed some infantry. Advance is very slow because almost all paths of advance are blocked by rubble or Russian defenders. Sent the turn to Scharf.

Technically no units have to be transported. But as Mormegill pointed out, if you buy an unit with speed of 0:0 or maybe 1:0 (the meaning of these numbers is "land speed:water speed"), you'll know they can't move effectively or at all by themselves.

The pics look good. Looks like a place worth visiting if I choose to travel to Germany (may happen sometime next year). I would also love to see more pictures.

I try to avoid direct confrontations with Tigers. I wouldn't call it being afraid, every situation calls for different tactics and frontal assaults usually don't work well against the Big Cats. Thus, the second option.
