Wouldn't you set TF201 to not retire, not react to enemy and change the "homebase" to the base nearest to point B so that when it runs low on supplies it will go to that base? I've done that up to now with some pretty good results.

Carrier Based Aircraft

If you are sending an aircraft carrier back to Pearl for repairs - is it worth it to send it's aircraft to a base rather than send it back too? Does anybody do this?

I have had Carriers get badly damaged and send their aircraft to PM. I then sent the Carriers to Noumia for repairs. A few turns later I noticed the carrier planes that went to PM were missing - I found them in Brisbane. They went there on their own. I do not know why this ...
